We require 24-hour notice for all patient cancellations. This means that if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly request you to notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Any patient who accumulates two or more last-minute cancellations or no-shows may be subject to discharge from our practice.
Why the 24-hour notice policy?

If you find it necessary to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly request that you contact us through your patient portal or contact our reception team at (978) 922-2226 at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment time. Always leave a message on our voicemail or with our answering service to be addressed when received. Our team will be more than happy to assist you with rescheduling to a more convenient date and time.
Exceptions:
We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise, and we will consider exceptions on a case-by-case basis for emergencies and unavoidable situations.
