Purpose: Our office is committed to maintaining a patient-centered, respectful, and efficient work environment. To support our office culture, protect patient privacy, minimize interruptions to clinical care, and ensure providers and staff can remain focused on patient needs, medical representatives are permitted in the office by appointment only.

For Medical Representatives: Due to this commitment, we have established the following Medical Rep policy:
No Unscheduled “Drop-Ins”: No representatives are allowed in the office without scheduling an appointment; this includes deliveries of education material and samples.
Sample Deliveries will be scheduled between 4:00-4:30pm only.
We will contact you: Our office will reach out if interested in scheduling a meeting or coordinating samples.
No Food or Beverages: Catered meals, snacks and/or drinks are not permitted during normal business hours.
