Dear Patients,

We are constantly looking for ways to enhance our care for you. We are excited to announce our partnership with SiteRx, an organization dedicated to increasing  access to clinical research in all settings.

What does this mean for you? Clinical trials are a fundamentally important component of the clinical care landscape. Through our partnership, we can offer clinical research as an additional care option.

Acting as an extension of our practice, the SiteRx clinical trial team of experts will:

• Guide you through the journey of exploring clinical trials.
• Provide detailed information about specific studies that may be a fit for you.
• Answer any questions you may have about the process.

Is participation required? No. 

Participation in any clinical research opportunity is completely voluntary.

What to expect: If our clinical team identifies a research opportunity that may benefit you, we may recommend you for a research trial. In these cases, a member of the SiteRx team may reach out to you directly to discuss the details. If you receive a call from them, please know that it is a legitimate referral from our office.

Medical Representative Visitation Policy

• Purpose: Our office is committed to maintaining a patient-centered, respectful, and efficient work environment. To support our office culture, protect patient privacy, minimize interruptions to clinical care, and ensure providers and staff can remain focused on patient needs, medical representatives are permitted in the office by appointment only.
• We value professional relationships with industry representatives while also prioritizing:
  • Patient experience and confidentiality
  • Staff workflow and productivity
  • Provider availability and clinical focus
  • Respect for scheduled time and office operations
• For Medical Representatives: Due to this commitment, we have established the following Medical Rep policy:
  • No Unscheduled “Drop-Ins”: No representatives are allowed in the office without scheduling an appointment; this includes deliveries of education material and samples.
  • Sample Deliveries will be scheduled between 4:00-4:30pm only.
  • We will contact you: Our office will reach out if interested in scheduling a meeting or coordinating samples.
  • No Food or Beverages: Catered meals, snacks and/or drinks are not permitted during normal business hours.

Now Open: North Shore Neurology Infusion Suite – Beverly Location
Your treatment. Your neurology team. Your comfort.

North Shore Neurology will soon be opening a new in-office Infusion Suite at our Beverly location.

Designed with patient comfort and convenience in mind, the infusion suite will offer a calm, welcoming environment with comfortable reclining chairs, Wi-Fi, light snacks, and care from experienced infusion nurses, all with close oversight by your neurology team in a familiar setting.

We currently offer advanced infusion therapies for multiple sclerosis and other neurological conditions, with plans to expand services over time.
